Feature requests
Submit ideas and upvote what matters to your firm.
Use Community → Feature Requests to suggest improvements and vote on ideas from other firms.
Find an existing request
Search before submitting a request so related feedback stays together. Reviewing existing requests also helps you add useful detail to an idea that already reflects your firm’s needs.
Submit a request
Describe the outcome you want, not only the change you have in mind. Attorneys, paralegals, and firm administrators can use the title and description to explain why the improvement matters in daily work.
When writing the description, include the workflow affected and the result you want. For example, explain whether the request would help your firm manage cases, review activity, connect Egnyte, search for people, manage passwords, or work with the calendar. Keep separate ideas in separate requests so each request is easy to understand and evaluate.
Community feedback helps staff understand demand. Popular requests may move to the Roadmap. If an idea ships, the release may also appear in What's new.
Track what happens next
Use the Roadmap to see whether a request is community requested, planned, in progress, or shipped. Use What's new for release notes about recently shipped improvements.
Feature requests are for product ideas. For help with an account issue or an existing CaseWizard workflow, use Contact support instead.
