Available connectors

CaseWizard provides connectors for Microsoft, SharePoint, and Egnyte. Your firm administrator controls which connectors are available to your firm.

IntegrationPurpose
MicrosoftSign in and calendar connectivity
SharePointDocument libraries and folders
EgnyteExternal document storage

Choose the connector that matches the service your firm uses. Each connector has its own authorization flow and may require administrator configuration before it appears in Settings.

Connect a service

Open Settings and choose Integrations.
Select the connector your firm uses.
Follow the authorization prompts for the selected service.
Confirm that the connection status shows as connected before returning to your workflow.

The connection flow depends on the service. Microsoft supports identity and calendar connectivity. SharePoint connects document libraries and folders. Egnyte connects external document storage and may also show an in-app connection banner when the service is enabled but not yet linked.

Your firm administrator controls which connectors are available. If you do not see an integration, ask an administrator to enable it. Do not authorize a service with the wrong firm account.

Choose the right integration

Use Microsoft when your firm needs Microsoft account connectivity for sign-in or calendar features. Use SharePoint when your document workflow uses SharePoint libraries and folders. Use Egnyte when your firm stores documents in Egnyte and needs that external storage connected to CaseWizard.

Review the connector-specific page before starting. Those pages describe the connection flow and the staging callback information that an administrator may need when configuring the service.

Check a connection

After authorization, return to Settings and Integrations. Confirm the connector reports a connected status. If the connector is not visible, the firm administrator may not have enabled it. If authorization does not complete, stop and contact your administrator rather than repeating the flow with a different account.
