Connect Microsoft accounts for sign-in and calendar features.
CaseWizard supports Microsoft connectivity for firms that use Microsoft 365 for identity and calendar sync.
Before you connect
Ask your firm administrator whether Microsoft connectivity is enabled for your firm. The administrator must register the required redirect URI with Microsoft for the environment you use. For staging, the callback URL is https://staging.casewizard.com/settings/microsoft/callback.
Use the Microsoft account that your firm intends to associate with CaseWizard. If you are unsure which account to use, confirm it with your administrator before starting the authorization flow.
Connect Microsoft 365
The authorization prompts are provided by Microsoft. Read each prompt before approving access. If the flow returns you to CaseWizard without showing a connected status, check with your firm administrator before trying again.
Use Microsoft connectivity
After connection, calendar and identity features that your firm enables will use the linked Microsoft account. Microsoft connectivity does not change which CaseWizard features your firm has enabled. It links the account so those enabled features can use the Microsoft connection.
For calendar work, confirm the connection before using calendar features. If a calendar workflow does not behave as expected, first check the integration status in Settings. Then ask your administrator to verify the Microsoft configuration.
For identity use, sign in with the Microsoft account your firm configured. If your firm uses another sign-in method, follow the sign-in instructions provided by your administrator.
Your firm administrator registers redirect URIs with Microsoft. Staging uses https://staging.casewizard.com/settings/microsoft/callback. Contact the administrator if the callback is rejected or the Microsoft connector is not visible.
Troubleshoot the connection
If you cannot find Microsoft 365 in Settings, the connector may not be available for your firm. Ask an administrator to confirm that it is enabled.
If Microsoft rejects the callback, provide the staging callback URL to the administrator and ask them to verify the registered redirect URI. Do not substitute another URL.
If the authorization succeeds but CaseWizard does not show a connected status, return to Settings, open Integrations, and check the connector again. If the status remains unchanged, contact your firm administrator with the account used and the environment where you connected.
