How to sign in to CaseWizard with email, password, passkeys, or magic links.

CaseWizard supports email and password, passkeys, and magic links so your firm can choose a sign-in method that fits your security policy.

CaseWizard sign-in screen

Sign in with email and password

Enter your firm Email address and Password.
Optionally select Remember me on a trusted device.
Click Log in to open CaseWizard.

After you sign in, CaseWizard may ask you to select a firm when your account is associated with more than one tenant. Choose the firm where you need to work, then continue to the dashboard.

Use Forgot password? on the login screen if you need to reset your password. Contact support@casewizard.com if your account is not yet provisioned.

Sign in with a passkey

A passkey lets you authenticate with a supported device or credential instead of entering a password. Your firm must enable passkeys for your account or tenant before you can use this option.

Choose Sign in with a passkey.
Follow your device prompt to select or verify the passkey.
Continue to the dashboard after CaseWizard verifies the passkey.

Use a magic link when your firm makes that option available. CaseWizard sends the link to your account email address.

Choose Email me a magic sign-in link.
Open the message in your firm email and select the sign-in link.
Return to CaseWizard and complete any additional verification prompt.

Magic links expire after a short period. Request a new link if the original no longer works.

Resolve common sign-in problems

Confirm that you entered the email address associated with your CaseWizard account. If you use a password, check that your password meets your firm policy and use Forgot password? when necessary. If you use a passkey, make sure you are using the device or credential where the passkey is registered. If you use a magic link, check your inbox and use the most recent message.

Do not forward a magic sign-in link or share your password. On a shared workstation, sign out from Settings when you finish.
