Egnyte
Connect Egnyte document storage to CaseWizard.
Egnyte integration allows firms to connect external document storage to CaseWizard document workflows.
Before you connect
Confirm that Egnyte is enabled for your firm. Your administrator controls connector availability, so Egnyte may not appear under Settings until it is enabled.
For staging, the configured callback URL is https://staging.casewizard.com/settings/egnyte/callback. An administrator may need this URL when setting up the connection. Use the Egnyte account and folders approved by your firm.
Connect Egnyte
An in-app banner may prompt you to connect when Egnyte is enabled but not yet linked. You can follow that prompt or start from Settings and Integrations. In either case, confirm the connection status before returning to a document workflow.
Use Egnyte with documents
Egnyte provides external document storage for CaseWizard document workflows. Select folders according to your firm's policy and the matter you are working on. Check the folder name and matter before continuing, especially when multiple matters use similar folder structures.
If your firm connects a person to Egnyte, CaseWizard may show the associated Egnyte profile during the connection flow. Review the profile information and confirm that it belongs to the intended person before continuing.
Staging callback URL: https://staging.casewizard.com/settings/egnyte/callback. Contact your administrator if the connector is not visible, the callback is rejected, or you are unsure which folders to select.
Troubleshoot the connection
If Egnyte is not available under Settings, ask your firm administrator to confirm that it is enabled. If the in-app banner does not appear, you can still check Settings and Integrations when the connector is available.
If authorization does not complete, verify that you are using the Egnyte account approved for your firm. If the staging callback is rejected, give the administrator the callback URL above so they can verify the staging configuration.
If the connection succeeds but the expected folder or profile is not available, stop before linking a substitute location or person. Confirm the account and contact your administrator for help.
