Link SharePoint document libraries to CaseWizard matters.

SharePoint integration lets firms attach SharePoint folders and libraries to CaseWizard document workflows.

Before you connect

Ask your firm administrator whether the SharePoint connector is enabled. The connector may not appear in Settings until the administrator makes it available.

For staging, the administrator may need to register this callback URL with the SharePoint configuration: https://staging.casewizard.com/settings/sharepoint/callback. Confirm that the environment and callback match before starting the connection flow.

Connect SharePoint

Open Settings in CaseWizard.
Choose Integrations and select SharePoint.
Authorize access when your firm administrator has enabled the connector.
Browse the available libraries and link folders to matters as your workflow requires.
Return to the document workflow and confirm that the linked location is the one you intended to use.

The authorization step takes place through the configured SharePoint connection. Follow the prompts for the account and firm environment approved by your administrator. Select only the libraries and folders that match the matter and your firm's document policy.

Work with linked locations

SharePoint provides document libraries and folders for CaseWizard document workflows. After connecting, browse the available locations and link the appropriate folder to the matter. Check the matter and folder name before continuing so documents are associated with the intended location.

Keep your CaseWizard matter workflow and SharePoint organization aligned. If your firm changes a library or folder structure, ask an administrator or the person responsible for the document system how the change should be reflected in CaseWizard.

Staging callback URL: https://staging.casewizard.com/settings/sharepoint/callback. Contact your administrator if the connector is not visible in Settings, authorization fails, or the expected library is not available.

Troubleshoot the connection

If SharePoint does not appear under Settings and Integrations, ask your firm administrator to confirm that the connector is enabled.

If the callback is rejected, give the administrator the staging callback URL above and ask them to verify the registered configuration. Use the callback for the environment you are accessing.

If authorization completes but the expected library or folder is missing, check that you used the correct account and then contact your administrator. Do not link a different folder as a workaround when the matter has a defined document location.

If a linked location does not match the matter, pause the document workflow and verify the matter, library, and folder before adding or browsing files.
