Roadmap
Community requests, planned work, and shipped features.
The Roadmap shows how community feedback progresses from an idea to delivery in CaseWizard.
Understand the roadmap
Roadmap cards are grouped into columns. Each column gives you a quick view of how CaseWizard is treating a request or piece of work.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Community Requested | Popular ideas under consideration |
| Planned | Committed for a future release |
| In Progress | Actively being built |
| Shipped | Available in the product |
A request in Community Requested is being considered based on community interest. Planned means the work is committed for a future release. In Progress means the work is actively being built. Shipped means the capability is available in the product.
Roadmap placement is not a release date. Check What's new for customer-visible release notes when work ships.

Use the roadmap with your firm
Review Community Requested when you want to see ideas other firms are supporting. Review Planned when you want to understand which work has been committed. Review In Progress when you want to follow active work. Review Shipped when you want to check whether a requested improvement is already available.
If you find a request that reflects your firm’s needs, open the linked request and upvote it. If no matching request exists, submit one through Feature Requests. Include the workflow affected and the outcome you want so other firms can understand and support the idea.
Roadmap cards and release notes serve different purposes. The roadmap explains progress and links feedback to work. What's new records recently shipped product improvements. Use both pages when evaluating whether a change is planned, underway, or available.
Do not treat a roadmap column as a promise of a specific delivery date. Use the shipped status and release notes to confirm availability before changing your firm’s workflow.
